    AGEA Shop’s eCommerce venture is the first of its kind in the region created to match the growing demands of customers in the market. The online store serves as an excellent platform for electrical and industrial automation products and services. Citytech Software understood the requirements of AGEA Shop and undertook the implementation of Adobe Commerce (Magento) to aid the shop to deliver on its services.

    • - The store had around 2000+ catalogs and 33000+ products that needed to be migrated to the new Magento store.
    • - ElasticSearch integration was required for auto-complete search.
    • - The default negotiation process worked on the cart total by applying a certain discount percentage. However, the client required the negotiation process to function on each item.
    • - To service its B2B customers, AGEA Shop wanted a module that facilitated customers to configure their requirements from the site, if the system found the item then the customer can directly purchase the item. If the item is not found, then they can send a request to the Admin about their requirement via the system itself.
    • - Magento’s MSI concept did not match their requirements sufficiently and had to be customized for streamlining their inventory management.
